The gauge is complete and seems like it would work as the needle has spring. The gauge shows 1927 at the bottom, not sure if that is a production year, also 553753 next. Free US shipping. I did take it apart to pictures because the plastic face is yellowed/worn, would look much nicer with a replacement.
